CHRU’s HIV/Aids research seeks cure and to reduce disease burden

CHRU is a major resource for HIV/Aids researchtreatmentcare and educating communities. It plays a key role in finding a cure for HIV infection and in reducing the burden of disease due to HIV infection and its complications, including tuberculosis and viral hepatitis.

Its main areas of HIV/Aids research are aligned with the Aids Clinical Trial Group (ACTG) network and its future research agenda is also aligned with ACTG research priorities.
